When reported, your fault will be logged onto our Service Management database, providing you with a unique reference number. This reference will be provided either in email or directly over the phone. Please use this reference to track the progress of the case right through to resolution. When you call with a fault a critical assessment will be made over the telephone identifying the severity and the best course of action in order to positively resolve the fault as quickly as possible. This is achieved by:
