Pam Blanchard is the founder and director of ICA, independent communications advisors, specialising in (UCaaS) and (CCaaS). With 28 years of experience in the industry, she became the UK’s first female field engineer for Alcatel Lucent before establishing her own company.
Throughout her career, Pam has navigated the team through the rapidly evolving communications landscape, consistently adapting ICA to stay at the forefront of innovation. She has led our team through numerous technological transformations, continuously investing in training and development to ensure they remain equipped with the latest skills and knowledge. As a leader in the industry, Pam is proud of her company’s independence and ability to remain competitive by delivering cutting-edge solutions.

The awards will take place on the 22nd May 2025 in London, upon being selected to be a judge, Pam had this to say:
